KONARK has introduced the first ever PET Box Strapping Plant processing virgin PET Granules as well as 100% PET recycled Flakes.

The innovative plant processing 100% PET recycled Flakes claims to put behind the era of old fashioned iron straps, negate the use of expensive PET virgin granules and optimized production capabilities.

Features:

Processing PET virgin Granules as well as 100% PET FLAKES.
Strap size ranging from 9mm to 19mm.
Higher Production from 100 to 250 kg/hr.
Nitrided screw and barrel made out from special Nitro alloy steel for long-life and trouble free operations.
Helical Gear Box with inbuilt thrust Bearing.
AC Frequency Drive with synchronization system.
PID Temperature Controller.
Pneumatically operated Embossing Unit.

Core winding size as per customer requirement
Strap size of 25mm to 36mm as per customer requirement.
